Traditional CPR Classes vs Online Classes
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation had been proven time and time again to save the lives of many. Without it, the hundreds of thousands of people who suffer from cardiac arrest and heat stroke every year would have had slimmer chances of surviving that experience. Which is why people with authority are encouraging even civilians to learn CPR in order to save more lives. However, most people with good hearts who are interested in learning this skill more often than not find themselves in a dilemma.
You're probably one of those people who think it'll be great to learn the skills but struggling in choosing what is the best way to manage your time whilst learning CPR. Though, nowadays, there are a lot of online classes circulating all over the internet, most people think that learning CPR and Basic Life Support in a classroom is still the best choice. Here's why. . .

1. Affordable

Contrary to some beliefs, CPR classes are fairly affordable. Whether it's through online classes or not, either way, you'll be assured that you won't be wasting money unnecessarily, in learning CPR in centers, you'll be able to maximize your experience. In-person interaction with teachers will help you when you have questions that can't be answered by the modules.

2. Better Learning Experience

Know that the environment of online courses is quite different from training centers. You will be the only student you can interact with. You will have to motivate yourself in order to learn the skills. Some people have better learning process in learning by themselves while others don't. However, most will agree that it is preferable to learn CPR with other students and not-virtual teacher in order to exchange tips and generally make the learning experience much memorable with getting to know new people.

3. Better Access To Materials

It is essential in accessing modules in order to learn when it comes to online classes. Not only that, you might also want to be able to practice what you learn in dummies--which training centers usually provide. Most of the time, training centers provide materials and lessons that are better learned in person.

4. Inevitable Real Life Situation Assessment

Even though you can take online courses regarding CPR, you still have to come to the center in order to take the personal assessment before you can get your certification. Wouldn't it be better to be prepared for this situation sooner rather than later?
No matter where you learn the basics about CPR, it is still better than having no knowledge at all. You never know when your help will be needed in order to save lives. Well, we'll leave it for you to decide whether you'll have a more effective learning in online courses or in traditional settings.
